Feeling good means not having to worry about your own health. With great responsibility in relation to COVID-19, we have taken all measures to ensure our guests a worry-free and unforgettable holiday experience in a safe environment. These measures are continuously updated and adapted to the respective laws and regulations.
 
Do I have to wear a face mask?
Wearing a face mask is mandatory in closed common areas.
 
Hygiene measures
  • All rooms and environments will be sanitized daily with appropriate disinfectants.
  • All our guests and employees will have access to hand disinfectants.
  • Face masks will be provided free of charge if required.
 
Staff
  • Our employees will be regularly tested for COVID-19.
  • Our employees wear a face mask.
  • The temperature of all our employees will be measured at the start of the shift.
  • All of our staff will constantly be updated and trained on necessary hygiene measures.
 
Reception
  • Easy and fast check-in thanks to our online check-in form, which we will email you shortly before your arrival.
  • Safe check-in and information gathering at the reception where a plexiglass protects both guests and employees.
 
Restaurant
  • Our restaurant areas offer sufficient space to maintain the safety distance.
  • Our employees wear a face mask.
  • It is compulsory to wear a face mask at the buffet.
  • Most of the dishes are served directly at the table.
 
Wellness
  • The pool and wellness area are normally open. Wearing a face mask is mandatory.
  • The pool and wellness area are accessible only with Green Pass for persons over 12 years.
  • Our saunas are open; however, they are only accessible contemporaneously to people from the same household.
  • Both saunas are disinfected every 30 minutes.
  • The size of the relaxation area invites you to relax.


Cancellation policy Summer/Autumn 2021 and Winter 2021/2022

In this uncertain period, we would like to offer our guests flexibility in planning their holiday:
  • Free cancellation up to three weeks before arrival (faculty to pay the deposit up to three weeks before arrival, until then an option on the reservation applies).
  • In order to confirm your reservation a deposit of 30% of the booking will be required.
  • Deposit will be retained as cancellation fee in case of cancellation.
  • Cancellation of less than 3 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • No cancellation fees in case of travel restriction or active infection of COVID-19; deposits paid will be credited for a future stay at the Dorfhotel Beludei. However, deposits are non-refundable.
